As always, very friendly customer service. I got the whole bean espresso roast to make on my machine at home. Roasted and bagged the same day I picked them up--it can't get any fresher! Some of the most carefully roasted beans I have ever tasted. I will be buying more of their products in the future. The smoothness and lack of acidity is what fit my palate. The owners are also very fine people who support sustainable agriculture. The brewed coffee grounds from their shop are also distributed to local farmers for compost and worm castings.
