Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Discover the bright and complex flavors of our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, a light-medium roast sourced from the Gedio Zone. Grown by over 400 smallholder farmers on steep mountain slopes at 2,000 to 2,200 meters above sea level, this coffee thrives in the shade of Birbira, Corsica Africana, and Ensete Ventricosum trees. After being hand-picked at peak ripeness, the cherries are dried on raised beds for 18 to 21 days, enhancing their vibrant character. The result is a smooth, aromatic cup that captures the unique qualities of the Yirgacheffe region.
